Tdisc Breakfast

In a surprise move the big gun called a team breakfast. Instead of doing our usual Friday swimming class, we all met at Smitty's for a team breakfast. It was a way for the boys just to sit back and chat before going into the christmas break. Here is a copy of the mornings meeting courtesy of the team coach.

"Just wanted to put in writing the minutes of the meeting this morning. I thought the meeting was very good and we accomplished a lot. This is a great organization that we are a part of and I look forward to the promising 2010 that this organization is going to experience.

Here are a few things that I just wanted to Clarify.

1. There will be an "Admiral's breakfast" once per month. The day is always determined by the Admiral.
2. All fans/supporters/family members of TDISC will now be known as TDISC NATION.
3. Team members only item.

Tomorrow we have a long run scheduled. This will be the last official team workout of '09. For anyone who is keeping track...my food addiction has taken a turn for the worst. I'm on damage control. Just trying to survive the holiday's.
