Scratches: Josh Vessey (Ankle)
Bloggingwithtdisc.blogspot.com has confirmed that Tdisc has put Josh Vessey on Probation. Basically what this means is that he has been given his final warning. One more missed day and he's back to 100 days again. Be sure to check out the new poll in the right hand column....Will Josh Vessey get cut?
Friday is finally here...it's been another long week. We did bike sprints this morning followed by a bull power abs workout. Spirits were pretty high considering that we had to put someone on probation today. Bull is Josh Vessey's mentor and all he had to say today was "I'm really disappointed."
Tomorrow has become optional. For most it will be a run and ed-fit.
Also, it's the big 2-7 for Tdiscbull. Happy Birthday bull from all of us here at bloggingwithtdisc.blogspot.com.
