awww hump day!

So far this week has felt like an eternity. I really haven't felt great working out at all...and today was no different. I arrived a little bit late and really tired...I pushed on throughout the workout and pumped out a few laps in the pool. Tdisc in general was staggered coming in. The admiral and the rook were through the first set by the time the rest of us got going. The workout seemed to go pretty well for everyone...we were finished at about 7 and on our way down to the pool.

Last night I was joined at swim class by Captain Tdiscgreggy and Vessey. The swim went great...although vessey was really hogging the time with the instructor. We swam for about an hour which was probably part to blame for our tardiness today.

As yas are well aware Fredericton is just around the corner. It's almost about that time to confirm by registering for the event. Noone has confirmed publicly...but today this article surfaced.
IT's OFFICIAL - TDK ENTERS FREDDY TRI.

Charlottetown: Blue Heron Management Group has announced that Tdisckree will compete for the Fredericton Triathlon. Atlantic Chip Timing Services also lists TDK as an entry for the July 5th Race. TDISC has made it well known that they intend to field a full squad at the Freddy event, but this is the first announcement. It is expected that within the coming weeks the other members of the big four will be announced. Insiders also have been bantering around ideas that Tdisc may move up Rookflicks innauguration so he can compete under the TDISC banner. In what has also been a strange turn of events, it seems Tdisc might be rushing along JV on tryout in order to enter him in the sprint division as an affiliate. TDK had a short statement prepared for the media "It is exciting to finally sign up for the Freddy event. It's been something our team has been shooting for since September and I think we as a team are ready for the challenge that awaits." When asked if he could confirm the entries of his teammates he had this to say " All I can tell you is read the blog (bloggingwithtdisc.blogspot.com) and read the papers. I can't say anything more than that." TDK was asked on the status of the Admiral and whether the big gun would be ready for July 5 ? TDK scoffed and snapped at the reporter quoting " DOES A BEAR POOP IN THE WOODS ? "

There is a possibility of an evening ride tonight. With no spin class tomorrow...Tdisc will more than likely go for a run...with a swim class in the evening.
