Tdisc may have a big announcement coming before the end of the day according to a source close to the team.
This morning the team left the ttf and did an interval/recovery run on the track. We would do a k at 5-5:30 min pace and then a k at 4-4:30 pace. It quickly turned into a run the same pace before the coach addressed the situation and got the team back on track. My legs felt very loose today but at the same time quite tired. I had good mobility but the kick just wasn't there, but I know that will come. It was about the 5k mark when bull patterson figured that it was time to let the admiral know that he's ready for him come next Sunday. In a show of pure strength bull made the final turn and opened up a lead of about 5 metres in a matter of seconds over the admiral. The admiral was later seen having a one on one chat with the coach about strategy. "I know how you can beat him." I overheard the coach saying to the admiral. For those who follow cycling...this could almost be compared to Lance armstrong and alberto contador. The admiral is the big gun with the chance to win...but he'll always be looking over his shoulder wondering if he can trust his supporter bull.
For those who are wondering....Tdisc will expand. We consider training with Tdisc to be a honor and we take the application process very seriously. If you are considering then please submit your application to the admiral as soon as possible.
Tomorrow it will be interval work with stairs followed by weights and abs. Big day tomorrow for Tdisc. If you haven't signed the guestbook then please do. If you have any questions then leave it in the comment area and we will address it in the next blog.
Till next time
