Today was Tdisc just being Tdisc. We went about our business at the spa...first starting out with a 30 min. bike ride then for the second time in one week we hopped off the bike and went straight into a jog. 10 min jog. It felt great...it was good to get the legs loosened up. We Stretched for awhile then Tdiscgreggy put us through a vigorious tri and back workout. It will be nice to have a pool workout tommorow on its own.
