Jan. 8/09 seemed like just a normal day on the schedule for the big 4. Instead Tdisc decided to make a statement on this day. We started off with a spin class workout by tdisct(on probation). The boys in the front row representing tdisc bagged themselves...not letting up until the last song was over. Then you would think....a nice stretch...ya right....tdisc immedietly headed to the track for a 2 k jog. It was a moment 2 laps in that gave me chills....Tdiscgreggy led the boys in a moving high five session. A statement was made...and sent! Not only are we strong...but we are united. Wow. What a day. Thank You Tdisc.
