It's been a pretty quiet time for Tdisc in the last few days. Tdisckree and I are enjoying ourselves down in Nashville. Were not as recognized down here...It's kinda nice being able to go about your day and not have fans all over ya. Our eating has been absolutly brutal. Cheesecake late at night isn't exactly a Triathletes diet. Tdiscgreggy celebrated his birthday on the weekend and is now down with the flu. Tdiscadmiral had a pretty low key weekend and word on the street says that he has a sauna day lined up for today. Good news about Tdisct(on probation) , she did a low key workout with no headaches. She could join the lineup as early as next month.
Continue to spread the word about the facebook tdisc fan club page. 70 more members and Tdiscadmiral will join facebook. Thanks to those who voted in last weeks poll....a new one will be posted on wednesday when the team gets back into it's drive for mit '10.
