Tdisc has announced that they will be placing Tdisckree on the 7 day Ir(Teeth). Hearing of the news tdisckree decided to schedule a honeymoon over that period of time. As a team we wish him well over the next 7 days.
The question everyone is asking "how insane will these workouts become without the coach?" It's a good question...from my perspective I assume we are going to go harder then we have ever gone before. Tomorrow's interval work has already been pushed from 6 sets to 7. Someone just may get hurt!
Today we entered the pool as a team for the first time since June. I think I speak on behalf of the team when I say that it was an absolute battle. It's a bad feeling when you're swimming and you can feel yourself sinking. In the absense of the the coach we decided to place the rookie with the admiral. He quickly figured it out...stay out of his way and go hard. I think it's fair to say the rookie struggled a bit today. His aggressive stroke led to some rough water which didn't help the breathing portion. Unlike the rest of us...I don't think he is going to quit.
Tomorrow the admiral reflects. Also, there is 2 fan polls in the right hand column. Please take the time to vote!
