Today we went for a brisk 6k run. The captain was a little tardy so he was left behind. It's never fun leaving a teamate but it clearly states in the constitution that you must be on time. We all ran well. I was a little tired but that has become the norm for me during the middle of the week.
As we arrived back at the TTF we were met at the door by our captain who joined in for the weights circuit. Instead of doing the weights I decided to stretch for the remainder of the workout. Bull has been on edge lately and again today he showed up to the workout edgy. He first bumped the admiral on the way down the stairs for the run, then he tried to tell us that Carrie Underwood wasn't good looking and Brad paisley shouldn't be a country singer. That drew a negative response from the team. His next comment struck deep into the admiral's heart which almost led to a fist fight. "Tyra Banks has fake hair." stated Bull. "No way...she's on for like 4 hours a day." replied a ticked off admiral trying to get up out of the TRX. Cooler heads prevailed and they worked it out between themselves.
Tonight it is back to Ed. fitness followed by swim class tomorrow morning.
