Optional day

We took a vote in the middle of the week and decided to make today an optional day. It's been a busy time with the baby coming and bull patterson was behind on the leaves so tdisckree and I decided to go for a run on our own. Today was the first day that I ran in my full winter running attire. I felt quite comfortable throughout...except for that one area that tends to get colder than the rest. Tdisckree and I went for 12k down through victoria park and up through the bs.

After the workout we went over to the market for breakfast and ran into 1 former tdisc member(rookflick) and a former person on tryout(Josh vessey). Josh vessey thinks he may give it another shot once soccer is finished. It will have to go before the team...no gaurentees that he will be accepted back. Rookflick will be welcomed back with open arms. We haven't talked about this with rookflick...but we were approached by his family this morning and they've decided to send him back to tdisc. "He needs to go back with Tdisc."(rookflick's mother-In-Law refering to his bad attitude.) I've always said it...Tdisc is a lifestyle. People need tdisc and tdisc needs people.

Tomorrow is a much needed day of rest. We start back on Monday. Big news about the next generation...Cole David Brioux is home in his own bed.

Till next time,
Tdiscpye
