Off Day Sunday

Not much happened today...it was a very low key morning at church and then a nice Bbq with some Tdisc fans followed by one of the top 10 afternoon sleeps of my life.
Tonight I went to a wake in which I found out who a couple more of the blog followers are. Kirk and Roberta it's great to have yas following our journey here at bloggingwithtdisc.blogspot.com. Hey...Tdisc is always thinking expansion!

Ok so this week is a tapering week for Tdisc. Since it is only a class B race we will be only tapering for about 1 week. Our diet will be extremely important over the next 6 days. We really don't want to change our schedule to much...just ease back to about 50% of the workload. Tomorrow we will swim in the morning. This may be a really tough week for us...we've had a routine that hasn't been broken for a a long time. If your wondering how we classify this race than here it is....our big races is the triathlon triathlon in fredericton and the triathlon on PEI(class A). Class B is the red island and other triathlons. Class C are running races, and biking races.

You may have already heard about this but if you haven't here it is. Tdisc will be holding it's first ever pep rally/mixer. It will be held at the admiral's on friday...the day before the RIR. For more details be sure to check out the event on facebook. Should be a must see event!

Till next time,
Tdiscpye

  1. I have a small complaint that I need to voice to the bloggingwithtdisc.blogspot.com Administrator regarding today's blog . . . I am not really appreciative of being grouped in as a general Tdisc fan. As a family member and best friend of Tdiscpye and Tdisckree, and the best-man understudy at Tdisckree's wedding (pending Bryan's possible arrival); I think that "a BBQ with some Tdisc fans" is not an appropriate description of the family bonding that took place this afternoon.

That being said, I want to express my 100% support for Tdisc in the upcoming Red Isle Relay and I look forward to experiencing the glory of their success next weekend

  2. Dear treasured fan of the blog,

I'm sorry for the way you feel about tonight's blog. We treasure the support that we recieve from all our fans. By picking favorites it would be nothing but a slap in the face to the fans that gave us the inspiration to get to the level that we have reached.
In regards to the wedding...I was given a bit of a pep talk tonight..."Just do what your told". So...I guess i'll be sitting beside Tdisckree smiling at the church wedding shower. Bryan can't wait.
Tisc thanks you for your generous support...and your encouragement will never go unnoticed.

    Thanks,
    Tdiscpye(Blog Administrator)
