As I tossed and turned all last night...one common theme was coming to mind. Is this really worth it? After today...it's more than worth it...the feeling I have right now is unimaginable. Tdisc is ecstatic with the way the day went...we felt like this is how it could play out...we had a plan in mind and stuck to it...we knew the results would be there if we could stay consistent.

To the boys who trained with me day in and day out....great job today! I couldn't be more proud of the way we handled the pressure as a team. When you have a blog...and people read about your expectations...then there is pressure to produce. We did that today. I knew going in that the admiral was unbelievable physically...but I thought he might have been a bit weaker mentally. Today he was calm and cool throughout the whole race. That was a major factor in our consistency. Although we raced divided at the end Tdisc stood united...our goal still remains the same...to promote this great lifestyle and be the best triathletes we can be.

People can look at the results and say...jeepers you 2 did great! Really though...we weren't a team of 2...we couldn't have done this without the support recieved down there. Our families, the frizzell's, fans of Tdisc, paul(Kayaking by the sea), fellow racers, sponsors, and everyone involved with putting on such a great event., and the boys in the truck at atlantic chip timing(seeyas in fredericton)... Thank you from Tdisc!

Also a special shoutout to 2 teams...first...Tdisc Superfans. Great job today...I just saw the results...very impressive. 100 days and we can scratch superfans from the name. Shake N Bake...good job today...I take it you retired the titanic? See yas in the pool on tuesday.

Tomorrow will be an off day for tdisc...but after that it's right back to the grind...the countdown is on...30 days till fredericton! "keep on Keepin on"
